Vake is considered the business district of Tbilisi with major bank head offices, new skyscrapers, and major central parks of Tbilisi Vake Park and Mziuri Park. The famous Chavchavadze avenue and this district have been recently totally modernized. Vake is one of the most sought-after districts for foreigners in the capital city. The price per sqm in a new building is between 1200 USD and 1800 USD. 

Vera is located between Mtatsminda and Vake. Charming streets, quiet, close to the main avenue Rustaveli. You can find nice options in the lovely old building for renovation. The price per sqm in a new building is between 1000 USD and 1600 USD.

Chugureti is one of the historic districts built on the left bank of the Mtkvari river. The district located around Majarnishvili Place and the beautiful Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue offers many options in old buildings or new ones. With its Charming streets, this district is in development and provides the lowest average price per sqm compared to the other targeted districts. Investors will find very good opportunities for those who look for mid and long-term real estate investments. The price per sqm in a new building is between 800 USD and 1300 USD. 

Saburtalo is one of the biggest districts of Tbilisi and look after by expats and appreciated for its affordable prices per sqm. Thanks to its large territory, many new developments have been built in recent years. And still, new ones are in development and almost finished. This district will progressively replace the old Kroutchevski with nice products and not very expensive ones. The options are numerous in this district. The price per sqm in a new building is between 1000 USD and 1500 USD. 

Batumi

Batumi is much more sought-after for leisure and entertainment during summertime. But thanks to its sub-tropical climate, Batumi is fantastic in spring and autumn. We focus on the Old Batumi district, alongside the Seaside Boulevard, the best spots for investing in Batumi. Many major developments have taken place last recent years, and Batumi offers plenty of options in the front line sea.
